Now is the time to reflect on the school year. What goals were accomplished? How did your leadership style help move your staff forward in the process of transforming inclusive practices? What were the successes and challenges of this school year? This tool is designed to offer schools a set of inclusive education best-practice indicators, a framework to guide inclusive programming, and a rating scale from which schools can evaluate their progress and determine targets for improvement.

Inclusive school communities ensure that all students feel a sense of belonging, are nurtured, and educated with deep appreciation and understanding of the ways that culture, gender, language, ability, class, and ethnicity influence and impact learning and development.

This document is designed to offer schools a set of inclusive education best-practice indicators , a framework to guide inclusive programming, and a rating scale from which schools can evaluate their progress and determine targets for improvement.

image alignment

images can be aligned by placing spaces like this:

left

place a space after the image filename to left-align the image on the page:

then the text you place after it will flow to the right of the image, until you add a new header.

center

place a space both before and after the image filename to center the image on the page:

text you enter after the image call will appear below the image.

right

place a space before the image filename to right-align the image on the page. (if you want the text to appear to the left of the image, rather than after it, call the image first.)
