Based on your needs assessment you may want to consider creating goals that focus on the following areas:

  • Resource Development and Allocation
  • Inquiry on School and Schooling

Developing

  • Student Services
  • Culture of Renewal and Improvement
  • District/Community Partnership

Goal 1: Resource Development

Description: Develop clear, equitable policy for equitable resource distribution for our school and district.

Goal 2: Culture of Inquiry

Description: Develop a school-wide culture of learning and continuous improvement to drive ongoing professional learning.

Goal 3: Align Assessments

Description: Align all summative assessments with state standards, including alternate assessments.
